It's my goal every day to help educate and inspire residential agents and commercial brokers on how to build and scale a relationship-focused, tech-enabled, profitable growth business. One that provides a high quality of life, and a prosperous exit strategy, rather than a typical career-long legacy of one-off transactions
As a Team Leader and Business Coach for Keller Williams, I lead the Executive Team for our Market Center in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. I'm responsible for the overall growth and management of our business to include agent recruiting, agent development, and profit/loss.
It's my mission everyday to help our Realtors and leadership team grow as individuals and achieve their highest potential. I influence this process by creating a high performance environment which inspires and assists each of us to grow through personal development, increased production, team building, implementation of cutting edge technology, and profitability.
I've earned a Real Estate Broker's license in the State of Indiana, a Real Estate Salesperson's license in the State of Virginia, and the internationally recognized CCIM Commercial Real Estate Designation. My career includes receiving a 4-year Navy R.O.T.C. scholarship to the University of Minnesota, serving 10 years as an active and reserve officer in the United States Marine Corps, along with significant sales, marketing, start-up, consulting, and "C-level" experience in both the commercial real estate and healthcare technology industries.
